Senior Thesis - NEXT at the Corcoran: BFA Class of 2013
In looking for myself, I found truth in nature.
Amongst the trees I have discovered moments of awe-inspired clarity and a pure sense of consciousness that surpasses the concept of time as we know it. There is no past, no future - only now.
The forest is my church, a place of solitude and grace. There is something sacred within these woods.
"To him whose elastic and vigorous thought keeps pace with the sun, the day is a perpetual morning. It matters not what the clocks say or the attitudes and labors of men. Morning is when I am awake and there is a dawn in me." - Henry David Thoreau
